Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping on orders over $50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Not the right fit? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

1. Email hello@lundypets.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you return instructions within one business day.
3. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We'll arrange an exchange free of charge — just mention it in your email.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
