If it doesn't fit, we'll swap it. Free.
We ask you to measure your dog because we'd rather get it right the first time than process a return. But dogs are dogs, coats are thick, and sometimes the tape lies. So here's the deal.
The promise
If anything you order doesn't fit your dog, we'll exchange it for the correct size at no cost to you. No restocking fee, no argument, no photographs of the receipt.
How it works
- Email us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what went wrong — too tight at the shoulder, too shallow in the chest, whatever it is.
- Send us your dog's four measurements if you haven't already. This is the part that actually helps: it lets us pick the right size rather than guess again.
- We send the replacement size and a prepaid return label for the original.
The fine print, kept short
- The item needs to be in resellable condition — tried on indoors is fine, a muddy hike is not.
- Consumables (shampoo, paw balm, ear cleaner) are excluded once opened, for obvious reasons.
- One free exchange per item. If the second size is also wrong, we'll refund you in full instead — at that point the problem is ours, not yours.
Why we can afford to offer this
Because we size on four real measurements in centimetres instead of letters, our exchange rate is a fraction of what it is for brands selling "XL". The guarantee isn't generosity — it's what happens when you get the sizing right in the first place.
