Returned items must be:

Returned with original tags attached

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are free on all U.S. orders — we provide a prepaid return label.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

An order is considered delivered once the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Orders may be canceled within 1–2 hours after purchase if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
