▪ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original garment tags attached
  • Return requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct return instructions.

▪ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Final Sale items

▪ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so our support team can assist you quickly.

▪ HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Email our support team with the subject line: Return Request: #ORDERNUMBER
  • Include the item(s), reason for return, and photos if needed
  • Once approved, we’ll send the return instructions and a prepaid return label

▪ RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Returns are free on all U.S. orders — we provide a prepaid return label
  • No restocking fees
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
